From drinks and cocktails with friends to Afternoon Tea, buffets and relaxed sit-down meals, our team can help you put together the right setup for your occasion.
Food & Drinks
Make the food and drinks part of the occasion with a range of options available for groups and private events.
Choose from hot and cold buffet options, arrange Afternoon Tea, or pre-order dishes from our main menu for a relaxed sit-down meal with your guests.
We can also help arrange drinks packages, pre-ordered drinks and a running bar tab.
Food pre-orders, buffet packages and pre-arranged Afternoon Tea can be included as part of your agreed tab alongside drinks purchased during the event.
Lounge Area
Our lounge area is available for private hire and does not include a private bar.
Peak Hire Charges
Friday: £100
Saturday: £150
Off-Peak Hire Charge
Sunday to Thursday: £75
Alternatively, you can arrange a tab for your group.
For larger bookings, we require a minimum tab of £200 during off-peak times or £400 during peak times.
Any food pre-orders, buffet packages or pre-arranged Afternoon Tea will count towards the agreed tab total.

Our VIP area is available throughout the week.

Wedding Receptions & Celebrations
Looking for somewhere to continue the celebrations after saying “I do”?
Embers & Ice offers a relaxed and vibrant setting for wedding receptions, post-ceremony drinks and smaller wedding celebrations.
Choose from hot and cold buffets, pre-orders from our main menu, Afternoon Tea, drinks packages and cocktails, with dedicated areas available for your guests to eat, drink and celebrate together.
Whether you’re joining us for Afternoon Tea and a glass of fizz after the ceremony or carrying the celebrations into the evening, we can help you create an occasion that feels personal to you.
Afternoon Tea
Our Afternoon Tea offering is ideal for birthdays, hen parties, bridal celebrations, family gatherings and relaxed get-togethers.
Choose from:
Tea & Coffee Afternoon Tea – £15pp
Prosecco Afternoon Tea – £20pp
Cocktail Afternoon Tea – £22pp
For larger groups and private events, Afternoon Tea can be arranged in advance and incorporated into your booking or agreed tab.

Additional Information
Music Requests
When you book, send us your music requests and we’ll do our best to play as many as possible throughout your event.
Music requests are subject to availability and venue discretion, and we cannot guarantee that every requested song will be played.
Other Gatherings
We can also accommodate smaller, more informal gatherings following a funeral or memorial service. Please contact our team directly and we’ll be happy to discuss what you need.

Hire charges and tabs apply to the booked area only.
Private hire is not available during December.
